Born and raised in Brazil, I have been creating transformational spaces since 2014.
My approach integrates ritual, nature-based practices, and contemporary understanding of the nervous system, offering pathways into spiritual depth that are both embodied and sustainable.
I am a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and ceremonialist whose work brings together grounded spiritual practice, embodiment, and nervous system awareness.

Since 2014, I have guided individuals and groups through workshops, ceremonies, retreats, immersions, and one-to-one sessions designed to support deeper self-connection, meaning, and authentic transformation. My approach combines ritual, nature-based practices, somatic therapy, and years of ceremonial experience to create spaces where people can slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with themselves.

Many of the people who find their way to my work are spiritually curious, yet feel disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. Others have spent years exploring personal growth, therapy, or spiritual practices, but still long for greater depth, embodiment, and authenticity. My work offers grounded spiritual practices that honour both the wisdom of the body and the capacity of the nervous system, allowing transformation to unfold in a way that can be integrated and sustained.

Alongside my group work, I offer individual sessions that weave together Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, shamanic practices, and other therapeutic approaches gathered through more than three decades of study, practice, and professional experience. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I support people in developing a deeper relationship with themselves, their inner wisdom, and the parts of life that matter most.
My work has been featured in Tatler Magazine, Woman&Home, and Natural Health.

TATTLER MAGAZINE CALLED MY WORK "LIFE-CHANGING"
My relationship with spiritual practice began long before it became my profession. As a teenager, I developed a deep curiosity about philosophy, spirituality, and the human experience. This search led me to become one of the youngest energy healing volunteers at a respected Kardecist centre in Brazil.
At nineteen, I began studying with a Brazilian indigenous teacher and was given the name Ararê, meaning "friend of parrots" in the Tupi language. More than three decades later, my love for nature, ritual, spirituality, and human transformation continues to guide both my personal path and professional work.

Before dedicating myself fully to this work, I trained and worked as an electrical engineer, developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills that still inform my approach today. I later trained as a massage therapist and worked in a public hospital in Rio de Janeiro, where I witnessed the profound relationship between physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.
Teachers and Mentors: Throughout my path, I have been fortunate to learn from remarkable teachers and mentors, including birth keeper Susana Tapia Léon from Ecuador, author Itzhak Beery from Israel, elder shamanic teacher Carlos Sauer from Brazil, Rogerio Mariani aka Bari Meri from Brazil, and midwife and author Jane Hardwicke Collings from Australia. Their guidance, alongside my ongoing professional training and personal practice, has helped shape the way I hold space today.
